Angie De La O  is an international contemporary oil painter, and now lives and works in Southern California. Her work consists of oils, line drawings  and a broad range of non-objective abstract art. Her early career was spent working figuratively, painting landscapes and still life  in addition to commissioned portraits. Her work is small and intimate, filled with light and emotion, mostly derived from studies of the Dutch masters. Her personal style has developed in recent years and has become increasingly abstract-with simplified forms. She has painted professionally for over 10 years and has art works in the permanent collections of Chateau Orquevaux France, and Galerie Diderot.
